Beetroot juice is a good source of folic acid and also it lowers the bad cholesterol and increases the good cholesterol. Ingredients:
- Beetroot – 5o gm
- Lemon juice – 3 drops
- Salt
Preparation:
- Cut beetroot into small pieces.
- Grind it in juicer, with water and filter the juice.
- Add lemon juice and salt. Then stir it well.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
