Carrot juice is very healthy and has too much of nutritional value. Carrot juice stimulates appetite and improves digestion, eye sight, regulates blood sugar, promotes lung health and also benefits the skin. So we could make kids to intake this vegetable in the form juice.

How to make carrot juice?

Method 1

Ingredients:

  • Carrot – 3 nos
  • Sugar – 2 tsp
  • Milk – 2 cup

Preparation:

  • Cut the carrot into small pieces.
  • Grind it with milk and sugar in a mixer or with juicer.

Method 2

Ingredients:

  • Carrot – 3 nos
  • Sugar – 2 tsp
  • Water – 1 cup

Carrot juice with water

Preparation:

  • Cut the carrot into small pieces.
  • Grind it with water and sugar in a mixer juicer.

Serve chilled or at room temperature.
