Spinach Dosa

This is one of the healthiest dosa recipe. Since kids nowadays avoid vegetables this  variety of dosa helps them to intake the leafy vegetable.

Spinach dosa served hot with chutney

Ingredients:

  • Spinach – 2 bunches
  • Dosa batter – 2 cups

Preparation:

  • Pick out the leaves from spinach. Now Wash them with water and boil them.
  • Once when its boiled. Separate leaves from water and grind it in a mixer to a smooth paste with salt.
  • Pour the paste to the dosa batter and mix well.
  • Now make it to dosa.

Serve hot with Chutney and Sambhar.
