Ingredients:

  • Egg – 2 nos
  • Big onion – 1 or Shallots – 6 to 7 nos
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder – ¼ tsp

Preparation:

  • Finely chop onions into very small pieces.
  • Break eggs in a bowl.
  • Add salt and pepper powder to it and keep stirring it.
  • Heat oil in a tawa and pour the egg.
  • After 4 mins turn the side of the egg.

Serve hot.
