Ingredients:
- Egg – 2 nos
- Big onion – 1 or Shallots – 6 to 7 nos
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Egg beaten with onions and pepper powder
- Omelette in tawa
- Omelette
Preparation:
- Finely chop onions into very small pieces.
- Break eggs in a bowl.
- Add salt and pepper powder to it and keep stirring it.
- Heat oil in a tawa and pour the egg.
- After 4 mins turn the side of the egg.
Serve hot.
