My son’s all time favourite egg.

Ingredients:

  • Egg – 2 nos
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  • Oil – 2 tsp

Preparation:

  • Heat oil in a tawa.
  • Break eggs in a bowl. Add salt and pepper powder and keep stirring well.
  • Pour in the tawa and stir it well.

Serve hot.

Note: You can also put onions or any vegetables to add more flavour and taste.
