Onion dosa / Vengaya dosai

Ingredients:

  • Big Onion – 1 no
  • Dosa batter – 1 cup, Chk out this link for Dosa batter
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 2 tsp

Preparation:

  • Finely chop onions.
  • Spread the dosa on tawa, drizzle oil on the sides.
  • Now sprinkle onions on the top of dosa.
  • Swap the dosa when its fried, wait for 3 minutes till the onions get fried.

Serve hot with Sambhar and chutney.
