Jaggery Dip is a sweet dip for many dishes. Kids love to have this dip with their foods. Using Jaggery is very healthy compared to white sugar and they are also called as “ Medicinal Sugar”.
Ingredients:
- Jaggery – 5o gm
- Dry Ginger powder – ¼ tsp
- Water
Preparation:
- Heat a sauce pan and put the jaggery and pour water till the jaggery is immersed.
- Sprinkle the dry ginger powder.
- Boil it, wait till it becomes thick and comes to a needle consistency.
