Mint – Coriander Raita

Ingredients:

  • Onion – 1 no
  • Mint leaves – a handful
  • Coriander leaves – a handful
  • Curd – 200 gm
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  • Finely chop the onions.
  • Take mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chillies in a mixier. Blend it well to a fine paste.
  • Transfer it to a bowl, pour in the curd, onions and salt. Mix it well.

Serve it.
