Tomato puree

Ingredients:

  • Tomato – 2 nos
  • Water – 3 cups
  • Salt

Preparation:

  • Boil the water in a sauce pan.
  • Wash and put the tomatoes. Cover with the lid. Wait till the tomatoes skin is about to peel.
  • Remove the lid. Take out the tomatoes and let it cool.
  • Peel of the skin and grind it with little salt.

Tomato puree is ready.
