What to say about this milk shake, I love this milk and milk related foods a lot. Whatever I do or how happy I feel, that day would be satisfied only after taking a glass of milk at least once in a day. Boring to have plain milk, I use to have milk shakes, milk with syrup or with some nutritious powder. I am not sure how till this day I haven’t blogged about my Apple Milk Shake.
On the other hand is more delicious and nutritious, particularly for kids. Let us move on to the recipe…
- Apple (Red) – 1 no
- Milk – a glass
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
- Peel and roughly chop the apples.
- Take a glass of milk, chopped apples, sugar and vanilla essence in a blender.
- Blend all together to a smooth paste.
Keep it in refrigerator for an hour and serve chilled.
