Fried Prawn Head / Fried Shrimps Head

Fried Prawn Head / Fried Shrimps Head

I have already shared few prawn/shrimp recipes, this time it is a completely different recipe with prawn head. Most of us throw the prawn/shrimp head, hereafter do not forget to try out this dish with prawn head.

This dish tastes good, crispy and crunchy. This goes out well as a starter, a side dish for lunch and also as a tea time snack. Today it’s Friday and so I am taking it to Fiesta Friday #64 hosted by Angie. Let us move on to the recipe…

  1. I love the idea of using up parts of the animal that usually go to waste! Thank you o much for sharing it with us at Fiesta Friday #64! I’m sure it will go down a storm 🙂

  2. In some Japanese restaurants, they will fry the shrimp heads or even fish bones when you order dishes that use them. They would be fried crisp and I find them to be very tasty! 🙂
