- Lychee (litchi) – 10 nos
- Lemon juice – 4 tbsp
- Sugar syrup – 3 tbsp
- Peel and deseed the lychee (litchi).
- Take the lychee and lemon juice in a blender and blend it with two cups of water.
- Transfer it to a pitcher or jug, stir in the sugar syrup, pour another two cups of water, give a stir and refrigerate it for 30 mins.
- Pour it to a separate tall glass, add in few ice cubes and mint leaves.
