This is my 7th Foodie meetup of FBAB (Food Bloggers Association of Bangalore) with our fellow foodies on Sunday 4th of October for a classy Dinner at Barbeque Factory, Indira Nagar, Bangalore. This dinner was very classy, as the Barbeque dinner perfectly blended with the heavy down pour all over the Bangalore. Actually this time we had a great fun and not only me each and every foodie enjoyed the meetup to the core. The most important thing with this meetup was the restaurant Owner – Chef. Ajay Alexander, who gave us a warm welcome, a little intro, brief description of each and every food they provided us with a high class of hospitality.
The ambiance of the place is too good, a best place for get-together with friends and family. The lightings and interior decors fits the place well. The road-side view from the restaurant was awesome. The service was too good, actually this was my long-time wait restaurant, since I had high appreciation from my hubby and my friend. As it was our Sunday Dinner, we just had limited time to spend but enjoyed a lot.

First of all we were served with their Honey Parotta which was spread with mutton kebab, smeared with 4 variety of sauces, finally made to a roll. Then after comes all the starters chicken kebabs, mutton shikkampuri, fish kebab – which was soft and melts in mouth, golden fried prawns, mutton sheekh kebab, mushroom kebab, paneer kabab, palak kebab, CUJAN POTATO – loved it among the vegetarian starters and DAHI KEBAB – my favorite, which I had very first time in my life, hung curd coated with rava and fired. No words for the taste and flavor of this DAHI KEBAB, a highly UNIQUE starter. Love the Pineapple Barbeque smoked with strawberry sauce.
Next comes the main course – chicken biryani, mutton biryani which was specially prepared for us from the hands of Chef. Ajay Alexander. Also there was a spread of Peas Pulav, Chicken Biryani, Curd rice, Butter Chicken, Fish Curry, Kadhai Paneer, Bhindi Do Pyazya, Dal Makhani with Butter Naan and Rotti Naan.
Followed by this now comes the dessert section with Rasgullas, Chocolate cake, Cotton candy, Apple Pie, Ice-creams and Chocolate Mousse.
Coming to the pricing it was reasonable, Rs. 729/- per person from Wednesday to Sunday and Rs. 629/- per person from Monday to Tuesday both for Dinner and Lunch.
Highly recommended as must visit restaurant in my list for everyone with your family and friends. Also they have branches at Koramangala, Bangalore and T.Nagar, Chennai.
Finally our meetup ended with few group selfies.
