- Carrot – 1 no
- Salad carrot – 1 no
- Cucumber – 1 no
- Radish – 1 no
- Black salt – ½ tsp
- Pepper powder -1/2 tsp
- Olive oil – 1 ½ tsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Peel and chop the cucumber, salad carrot and radish. Add it to a bowl.
- Pour in the olive oil, sprinkle with pepper
- Add in the salt, black salt, olive oil and lemon juice.
- Mix it well with a spoon.
Serve at room temperature.
