Recently I have been to an event – “Flavours of Persia” By Chef Abhijit Saha hosted by Foodhall @ 1M.G.Road, Bangalore.
I got to learn the art of making flavourful Persian delicacies with Chef Abhijit Saha. I got to learn four dishes – Kifta Nayee, Chicken Jujeh Kebab, Borani-e-Esfenaj, and Kabab Kubideh. Chef called upon three people for help for each and every dish. I would the person who got to cook with Chef were such a blessed people, cooking with one among the top most chefs of India is totally amazing.
I encouraged her saying, “Sure if you feel you can, go ahead”. But she was little scared as she was little whether chef will accept her, I told her never mind, you will go there ask Chef Uncle for permission and proceed with what he says.
Later on she started helping Chef, it was like something wonder happening around me. Not only had me even her dad was also much excited to see her cooking with a celebrity chef from the other end of the Mall.
