Got an invite from FATTOUSH Restaurant – A Multi Cuisine Restaurant (www.fattoush.com) for their food tasting event, on last Friday for dinner. The event was around 7.30 but due to heavy rain and traffic, got struck up a while and reached there around 8.15. The food there was delicious and perfectly cooked, I would highly recommend of all meat lovers.
About Fattoush: Fattoush is Euphoria’s pride, multi cuisine restaurant which served delights from Arab, Chinese, north and south India. They serve hearty breakfasts, Sumptous lunches and lavish Dinners. They also have a Popeyes Banquet Hall, ideal for conducting business meetings and family gathering.
Location: It is located in the Bannerghatta Road, next to Fortis Hospital and opposite to IIMB.
Ambiance: The ambiance of the place was perfect with a good car parking at the basement, a perfect place for kids, as they have a kid’s area, it was very spacious with beautiful lightings and wall hangings.
Food: We were served with varieties of food ranging from Chinese till Arabian dishes. Arabian dishes were cooked to the perfect, especially the meat was awesome and perfectly done. I would strongly suggest this place for all the meat lovers. Let me share my experience in detail:
- Mocktails: Green Fire – This green fair was a combination of chillies and passion fruit, the punch of chilli in this mocktail was awesome. A must try here. Ginger fizz – It was too good, one could feel the punch of ginger, also good for digestion. Blue orange, Mint Mojito, Passion mango, Fattoush special – raw mango cocktail, lady mist. All their mocktails are totally healthy with helps in digestion.
- Starters: Mutton yogurt, Sheek tawook, mini mirch tikka, Tiranga paneer tikka, Crispy chilli Babycorn – No words for this Crispy Babycorn – it was as the name 100 perfection, Malai tikka, Red Dragon chicken – Even now I am drooling for this Red Dragon chicken. A must to try here.
- Main Course: Lal Maas – Here comes the Hero of all the meat lovers – the color, taste, texture and way the meat was cooked are perfect – a finger licking dish – Highly recommended to try. Pahadi murg – The chicken was tenderly cooked with masalas and a bit of sourness, made the dish heavenly. Mandi mutton – Arabian Fragnant Rice, cooked with right quantity of spices – perfectely done, black pepper chicken rice, fried rice, Kabsa mutton – I usually love this kabsa rice, but this time it was delicious. A perfect place for Arabian Cuisine.
- Dessert – We had falooda – Royal falooda – was loaded with dry fruits and nuts and then Matka Kulfi was awesome.
Servings: Very happy about the servings.
Suggestions: A must to try for all the Arabian dishes. May be its tooooo far from my place and hardly takes 1 ½ hrs to reach the place in peak times, but I would say I will visit soon for their iftar specials. As one can even travel miles for heavenly food, I like to travel to this place soon.
