Got an invite to M Café, Marriott Whitefield, Bangalore for their “Bengali Food Festival”, I reached on time, as usual with Marriott is was super warm welcome, also their decorations right from the interiors till the dress was completely a replica of Bengali. When it comes to Bengali, I remember the one and only my any favorite “RASGULLA” as I can eat at least 15 at a time. The chef gave a detailed description about the food and the ingredients induced in cooking.
The star of the menu was none other than the Rasgulla and I liked “Daab Chingri“ to the core, in this prawns are cooked with the meat of the tender coconut, green chillies in the tender coconut shell itself. Imagine the aroma and flavor of the dish, yeah I understand that you all are drooling and not only it’s you even I am drooling now. Let me share the dishes I had there with pictures –
