As a food blogger and a wife of a diabetic husband, I would say that there is no such way to get cured from Diabetics. But there are plenty of ways to control the diabetics, from my personal experience. I would say that most of think that we should never ever have sugar or to completely avoid desserts, but its not that, you can have everything but the only thing here is depends on the portion of sugar you intake in your daily food. Also as simple as that you can go for early morning walk to burn your calories, which helps in controlling the blood sugar levels. Let me share few recipes which are Diabetic-Friendly, also stay tuned more recipes are yet to come. #worldDiabeticsday #foodrevolution #diabeticsawareness #diabeticfriendlyfood
