Life is full of ups and downs and so you can’t expect what is going to happen the other second, but all is you should and try to take everything positive, so that you can move forward. But when all happens to be too bad, there will something happening right (unexpected) to boost you and that is what happened to me right know – It was yesterday I Got Featured in Bangalore’s Top Daily Magazine – Deccan Herald for my Mango Mania 😊

Usually I don’t believe in luck (coz it never ever works out for me 😝), but the only thing I hardly believe if my hard work and passion. Being a moody person, there are few things that I must want when before I start to work, the cleanliness of the workspace and its surroundings, perfect mood, confidence and all the most my passion, love for the work – this is the only reason for most of my happenings.

One of the most memorable, precious, happy moment, that I got to attend the Press Release of the World On A Plate – Edition 2 conducted at VR Bengaluru, Whitefield, Bangalore, on behalf of the celebration of VR Bengaluru’s 1st Anniversary.

About VR Bengaluru: VR Bengaluru is a Virtuous Retail South Asia’s flagship center in the city and is a first-of-its-kind community centric integrated lifestyle destination in India. About the Event: The edition of World On A Plate 2 promises to be a culinary extravaganza where the chefs witll take the city’s food lovers through exclusive Master Classes as they create their signature dishes. This will be followed by an exclusive tete-a-tete where the chefs will share their personal experiences and moments. The event will end with Master Chef Live!  On her maiden trip to Bangalore, Masterchef Australia Season 8 winner Elena Duggan said “I am so excited to be part of World on a Plate 2 in the city of Bangalore. Working alongside Gary is always fun. I look forward to the experience and learning more about the local cuisine.” 

I was more excited to see all the 5 Celebrity Master Chefs together during the press release, also we were invited to taste the dishes curated by the chefs. Later we had a photo where we got to click with the chefs and then followed by lunch – Hotel Waverly.

Tons of Thanks to my all time favorite VR Bengaluru for the invite, this would not been possible for me without you, you made my 2017 more memorable. MADRAASI wishes VR Bengaluru many many and so many Anniversary to come with rocking events.

The long wait day has come – Yes MADRAASI going LIVE globally from MADRAASI Kitchen and this show is to be live telecasted all over the supermarkets of “MORRISTOWN” in U.S. This program is done for Charity, especially for kids who are in need for food, education and shelter. Proud that MADRAASI have been selected for one such reason, and I always love to contribute things possible by me, for kids as they are our future generation.

Thanks a lot to EXPO MILANO 2015, who picked me up for their recipe contribution, almost for a year of 2015 I have been contributing my recipes. The journey was not that easy with too many rejections, then corrections and submissions. But I learnt so many things from this, like the exact English word for the ingredients, enhanced my photo skills, interacting with many people and so on. Also I have been the top contributor of India and one among them globally.

EXPO MILANO 2015 being the source which got me selected with Kitchen Connection and the one and only source for today’s live program. I have been working on this for almost 6 months, too many live sections by testing the connection and interacting with the team. After all such things, now MADRAASI getting Live from MADRAASI Kitchen in INDIA, people in U.S can watch the live show in all the MORRISTOWN supermarkets by 10.30 p.m INDIAN TIME.
