Breakfast is the first meal taken after rising from a night’s sleep, most often eaten in the early morning before undertaking the day’s work.There is no standard Indian breakfast menu as almost each state in India has different specialties. However, one can broadly classify breakfast varieties in India into 2 types; North Indian and South Indian.A typical south Indian breakfast consists of Idli, Vada, Dosa, Rava idli, Thayir Vadai, Sambar vada, Masala Dosa, Pongal, Upma, Poori, Appam, Puttu, Idiyappam and so on.
