Eggless Crepes with Caramelized Apple and Pear

Standard

Crepes was one of my favorite for almost 9 years, when I was there in U.K, I use to get a pack of crepes filled with chocolate syrup and munch most of the time.

Recently when I had crepes along with ice cream, thought why not to prepare crepes at home. Today was the right day for this preparation, as it was Thursday, so it’s Eggless Crepes. How come a crepe without filling and so here comes my caramelized apple, pear with organic coconut sugar by LYVA.

A perfect after school snacks, my kids loved it to the core. Not only my kids even had I loved it to the core. The Softness of the crepes and apple along with the crunchiness of the pear made the dish heavenly. Let me share the recipe…

Cinnamon Tea

Standard

I like to have tea without milk, recently have tried out cinnamon tea and found good difference in our health. A very, simple and easy to prepare but with loads of health benefits. As most of us knew that cinnamon is good for Diabetics and honey with warm water cuts bad cholesterol and helps in relieving acidity. I got to infuse both these ingredients together as tea which should be taken early morning in empty stomach and 30 mins after dinner before going to bed.
