Bread Scramble / Bread Bhurji / How to scramble bread – Easy and Quick Breakfast

Standard

Bread scramble is an easy, simple and quick breakfast or a tea-time snack that goes out well with cup of coffee or tea. My hubby was the one who told me about this dish, as he used to have this in the office canteen. Also, this would be perfect when you have few slices of bread, you no need any side dish for dish. Let me share the recipe…

Egg On Toast

Standard

When I feel bore, tired, lazy or drowsy in a word “Out of mood”, I engage me in something which I like a lot. Found out some breads and eggs at home, started to prepare for my dinner. Thought of preparing a runny egg with the base of bread, and attempted the dish with both microwave and gas stove. Then one with the microwave was something runny and the other with the gas stove was completely cooked.

Lemon Poppy seeds Pancake was something yummy for breakfast. The flavor and taste of the lemon and crunchiness of poppy seeds in the pancake was the highlight in this pancake. Apart from flavor, colour, texture, aroma… this pancake is very heavenly for me as it was made by the LITTLE CHEF (my daughter). A perfect breakfast for the lazy weekend and a perfect tea time snack for kids when they are from the school. Let us move on to the recipe…
