I use to get the fresh ginger, garlic, green chilies and grind them to fine paste by sprinkling little water. After grinding I transfer the into a airtight box and refrigerate them for a week. - Garlic – 200 gm
- Ginger – 100 gm
- Green chilies – 5 gm
- Peel the garlic and separate them into cloves.
- Peel and was the ginger. Chop them roughly into medium pieces.
- Take Garlic, ginger and green chilies in a jar and grind them together by sprinkling little water.
- Transfer it to an airtight container.
Refrigerate them for a week.
